Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving customer success initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include providing support to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with sales and product teams to address client requirements, conducting training sessions, and ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of our software solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Client Support skills
• Experience in driving customer success initiatives and understanding customer needs
• Ability to collaborate with sales and product teams effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
