Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at Edunext, your role will involve managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving upselling, cross-selling, and retention efforts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Understanding client needs and business goals to deliver tailored solutions. - Driving product adoption by guiding clients on features, benefits, and best practices. - Identifying and executing opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. - Proactively monitoring client health, addressing risks, and minimizing churn. - Acting as the primary contact for client queries, escalations, and support. - Collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes. - Conducting client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen partnerships. - Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Experience with CRM tools and client reporting.
