Profile- key skills:- MS Office, Presentation Skill, Computer Knowledge, Email Writing, Good Communication Skills Job Description:- Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on call, remote desk etc. Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity. Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation. Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions. Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new feature is required. Skills Required:- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills. Must have problem-solving and process-improving mindset. Have basic knowledge of programming skills. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
