Customer Success Executive

You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You must have experience in B2B Lead Generation and Inside Sales in International markets, specifically the US and UK. Your role will involve conducting market research, building databases, generating and qualifying new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email. Your qualifications should include at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and an understanding of prospects" technology needs. You will be expected to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline goals, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A proactive and dynamic attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospects. - Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively qualify leads. - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. - Achieve quarterly quotas for lead generation. - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to expand the prospect database. - Collaborate with partners to build the sales pipeline and close deals. - Conduct online demos effectively to showcase product offerings to prospects. - Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
