Minimum Qualifications

Business degree or related professional qualification.Experience as a Sales representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Experience in managing and directing a sales team.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Completes sales cycle including preparing proposals, estimation, negotiation, closure.Should have exposure in the mobility domain.

Responsibilities

Overall Sales Leadership for different international territories like USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.Defining and Developing mid and long-term tactical and strategic initiatives for various service offerings of the company.Lead & manage 2 levels of reporting with Assistant Sales manager & inside sales executive.Drive the Proposal making, qualifying leads, negotiation etc.Lead & manage inside sales team with campaign planning, targeted list building, outbound campaigning through email & calls, pre-sales & business analysts.Handling teams with goals & targets.Ability to Segment, Target and Position Credencys Services to the CXO Level Professionals in Leading Enterprises.Develop Strategic and Key Account to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Growth.Ability to forge partnerships & strategic alliances for long term association contributing in sustained growth & revenues for the company.Create cross-functional collaboration with Delivery managers, Project managers & Business analysts & Technical architects.Work with peer groups and reach out for getting assistance wherever required.Track industry trends, competition activities, and best practices.To be considered for this role, send your application, CV and earliest possible start date to career@credencys.com
