Job Description

  • Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of COMSOL software licenses.
  • Proactively engage with customers through regular check-ins and satisfaction reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support and application engineers to address customer challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for customer success stories, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive the process from initiation to publication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, contributing customer insights, success stories, and feedback that enhance campaign effectiveness and product positioning.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, usage trends, and engagement metrics in the CRM system.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between customers and marketing teams to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to shaping COMSOL India s customer success framework, processes, and best practices.
