• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through our services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement customer-centric solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to boost loyalty and satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, client success, or a related role is a plus.
