Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Funnel Growth

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active customers.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Customer Retention & Support

• Develop and follow-up on the retention funnel to ensure long-term engagement.
• Support existing customers by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

• Analytics & Feedback

• Manage worksheets/CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and feedback to management.

• Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with the founder and team to test and refine growth strategies.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  and basic CRM management.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer success (preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for skincare, health, or wellness is a plus.
