ROLES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

Customer Onboarding & Engagement

Customer Relationship Management

Program Monitoring & Support

Track customer progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams (Nutrition, Production, Logistics) to resolve issues quickly.

Data Tracking & Reporting

Communication & Tone Excellence

Retention & Upsell Support

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Graduate in any field; preference for backgrounds in

    Nutrition, Psychology, Communication, or Customer Success

    .
  • 0-2 years of experience

    in customer-facing or support roles (wellness, healthcare, or service sectors preferred).
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong

    empathy, listening, and problem-solving skills

    .
  • Highly

    organized, proactive, and team-oriented

    with the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
