Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive based in Gurugram. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing exceptional support, and managing client accounts effectively. The role involves understanding client needs, analyzing feedback, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure positive client experiences and ongoing engagement
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management to seamlessly address queries and manage customer relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and develop data-driven strategies for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience in customer success or account management roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
