Sales & Marketing Executive Location: [Bengaluru / Hybrid] Reports to: Founder & Management Team About Formial Labs Formial Labs is building the future of dermatology in India through personalized, science-backed skincare. We combine clinical expertise, technology, and customer-centric care to deliver results that transform skin health. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive our growth. The role involves qualifying leads, nurturing customers through the sales funnel, building retention strategies, and providing excellent support to our customer base. You will work closely with the founder and core team to iterate on strategies and expand our reach. Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Funnel Growth Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active customers. Manage and optimize the sales funnel for efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Retention & Support Develop and follow-up on the retention funnel to ensure long-term engagement. Support existing customers by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Analytics & Feedback Manage worksheets/CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and feedback to management. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the founder and team to test and refine growth strategies. Assist in marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM management. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer success (preferred but not mandatory). Passion for skincare, health, or wellness is a plus.
