Manage customer queries and comments across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
Handle customer escalations via calls with empathy and problem-solving attitude.
Ensure quick and effective resolution to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Manage and moderate social media comments and DMs, maintaining a friendly, consistent brand voice.
Gather user insights from customer interactions to help improve product, experience, and communication.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Drive customer delight through proactive engagement and personalized communication.
12 years of experience in customer support, community management, or social media response handling (freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency preferred).
Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling multi-channel communication — WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Calls.
Ability to identify patterns, gather insights, and share actionable feedback with teams.
