Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints over phone calls and other support channels. Manage customer retention and satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of concerns. Ensure prompt management and closure of all customer enquiries within defined timelines. Coordinate regularly with branch operations teams and branch managers to ensure issue resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ownership in all customer interactions.   Required Skills and Qualificationsl Graduate or above in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience handling customer queries via telephone, chat, or email. Strong decision-making and conflict management skills. Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer support systems. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
