We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Services Executive in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Interact with clients via phone and WhatsApp to inform them about products and guide them through the process.
• Close sales deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.

• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
