Customer Services Executive

As a Customer Service Executive at Policy Bazaar, you will be responsible for handling international sales inquiries for insurance products and services. Your excellent communication skills and passion for sales will be crucial in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Here's what you can expect in this role: Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. - Provide detailed information about Policy Bazaar's products and services. - Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their insurance needs. - Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 0-4 years of experience in customer service or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree are preferred. In addition to the above, Policy Bazaar prefers candidates who are fluent in one or more Indian vernacular languages, possess strong sales and communication skills, have basic computer literacy, knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The working conditions include a 6-day working week with a salary range of 2.55 - 4 LPA (plus incentives) based on relevant experience.
