Google, AMEX, CBRE, and HUL

• Act as the primary point of contact for marquee clients, building strong, trusted, and long-term relationships.
• Deeply understand client needs, brand vision, and project expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Manage seamless communication between clients and internal teams (designers, project managers, production units, vendors).
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Implementation, Sales, Project, and Factory) to align execution with creative and strategic goals.

• Facilitate the design review and approval cycle, capturing and incorporating client feedback for mockups, prototypes, and final outputs.

• Oversee every stage of project execution—ensuring design intent, craftsmanship, and customer experience are consistently met.

• 4–7 years of experience in

  Client Success, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination

  .
• Background in

  Environmental Graphic Design (EGD), Spatial Design, Interiors, Architecture, Advertising, or Creative Services

  is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value clients and fast-paced, evolving projects.
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including

  designers, creatives, production, and on-site execution

  .
• Customer-first mindset with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working with top-tier clients (Amazon, Google, Intel, Microsoft, Wipro, etc.) is a strong plus.

• Graduate in

  Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field

  with solid knowledge of products, materials, and design processes.
• Understanding of

  spatial design principles, branded environments, and experiential storytelling

  is highly preferred.
