Role: Customer Relationship Specialist (offline store)

CTC: Upto 420000 Per Annum

Responsibilities

• Update customer data on phone
• Making broadcast list.
• Coordination in absence of any staff
• Coordination of order follow up with designer and stockroom
• Replying to client queries/updating.
• Broadcasting promo invites and callings
• Making new collections catalogues
• Go to person for e-com queries
• Maintain walk in report
• Logistics-We fast & other courier vendors for the store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related field
• 1+ years experience
• Strong coordination & organization skills
• Good Communication skills
• Pleasing personality & passion for fashion
