Customer Service Specialist

You will be joining H&M Virtual Services Pvt Ltd. in Vadodara, Gujarat, as a Customer Service Representative for the Australian solar industry. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their solar journey. You will handle inquiries, coordinate installations, provide post-installation support, and maintain strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Support** - Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats. - Provide expert guidance on product features, installation processes, and issue resolution. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. - **Installation Coordination** - Schedule and coordinate solar installations with customers and technicians. - Ensure all necessary documentation is provided for smooth installations. - Track progress and resolve any installation delays or issues proactively. - **Post-Installation Support** - Assist customers in understanding system operations, maintenance, and issue troubleshooting. - Handle warranty claims and initiate repair or replacement processes as needed. - Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system. **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken). - 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service (3 years preferred in an international process or sales background). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently handle customer concerns. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools. - Basic understanding of solar systems and installations is a plus (training provided).
