Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in customer support within a tech company.
• Strong communication and quick learning skills well-suited for early-stage startup environments.
• Familiarity with software support and proven ability to handle technical customer inquiries.
• Flexible working in rotational shifts .
• Experience with customer support tools and data-driven service improvement.
