Customer Service Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for servicing various types of CNC cutting machines and welding equipments, as well as installing machines, providing support for new enquiries, and maintaining machines. You will receive training initially to enhance your skills in this role. It is essential to be a go-getter and an extroverted individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience in servicing electrical equipments. It is also required that you own a two-wheeler for transportation.
