Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate who is eager to continue their career in customer service. In this role, you’ll assist customers with their queries and ensure they have a smooth and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve product- or service-related issues, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting steps.
• Accurately log customer interactions, including details of issues and resolutions, using support ticketing software.
• When necessary, escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or management for further assistance.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle feedback constructively.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to address and resolve issues.
• Consistently meet performance metrics, including quality and response time.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• A graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficient in MS Excel
