Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
