Role Description

This full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai is for a Sales Support Representative. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing support via phone and email, addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
