Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & MIS Representative who can efficiently support the sales team while managing data and reporting. This hands-on role requires strong coordination skills, a structured approach to managing customer interactions, and the ability to handle sales-related data and analytics. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination Support the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and client communication Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, technical) to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction Track orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and resolve customer issues promptly Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Assist with client visits, meetings, and post-sales follow-ups MIS & Reporting Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards Analyze sales data to track performance, targets, and pending orders Generate reports on lead conversion, customer feedback, and order fulfillment Ensure data accuracy in the CRM or ERP system Provide insights to management for strategic planning and forecasting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field 2+ years of experience in sales coordination and MIS, preferably in the industrial or electrical sector Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Zoho, SAP, or Tally ERP Basic understanding of industrial electrical products Strong attention to detail and accuracy Show more Show less
