Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Representative located in Kolkata. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for assisting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer accounts. Daily tasks include handling calls and emails, coordinating with different departments, updating sales records, and supporting administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience in Customer Support and providing exceptional Customer Service
Focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a sales support role in similar industry or similar position is an advantage
