Sales Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to vendors and clients to coordinate dispatch requirements.
Handle sales inquiries, prepare & send quotations, and follow up with clients.
Assist customers with household and commercial goods transportation requirements.
Provide telecalling-based customer support and promote truck rental services.
Ensure smooth communication and timely service execution.
Work towards achieving sales targets and earn incentives on every successful service.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
Strong communication skills; English preferred.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and build rapport.
