Sales Support Representative

As a Software Support & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team, combining technical support tasks with client-facing sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include offering first-level technical support to customers through various channels, troubleshooting software-related issues, guiding clients on system setup and usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling support tickets and escalating complex issues when necessary. Additionally, you will be conducting remote training and demos for new users. In terms of sales and customer engagement, you will be responding to inbound leads and inquiries, conducting product demos for potential customers, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable software solutions, facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, and following up with leads and existing customers to explore upselling opportunities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for a technical background, and possess at least 2 years of experience in software support, customer service, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of software applications or CRM tools. Your ability to multitask, effectively manage your time, and fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) will be critical for success. This is a full-time position located in Janakpuri, Delhi, requiring you to work in person during day shifts.
