Collaborate with the on-site hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and customer service while addressing guest needs. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Prior customer service experience is a plus Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
