Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

  Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.

• Order Management:

  Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

• Product Knowledge:

  Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

• Problem Resolution:

  Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Feedback Collection:

  Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous product and service improvement.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:



• 20,000 inr to 40,000 inr per month depend on the experience
