Location: Bhiwandi, Thane Experience Required: 3–5 Years Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods / D2C Department: Operations & Supply Chain Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day warehouse and logistics processes for both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and smooth coordination across the supply chain. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 🏬 Warehouse & Order Management Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor and process B2B and B2C orders (including marketplaces and D2C channels). Coordinate with warehouse staff and 3PL partners to ensure on-time deliveries. 📦 Inventory Control Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock audits and reconciliations. Monitor inward and outward stock movement to avoid shortages or excesses. Maintain inventory records and documentation. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery Coordinate domestic and international shipping for both B2B and B2C shipments. Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or issues. Work with courier partners and freight forwarders for efficient logistics execution. 📋 Vendor & Partner Coordination Communicate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and shipping partners to maintain smooth operations. Assist with import/export documentation and compliance requirements. 📊 Reporting & Optimization Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. Support in identifying operational bottlenecks and process improvements. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management (FMCG or consumer goods preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (Zoho, SAP, Unicommerce, etc.). Good command over Excel and data tracking. Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and documentation is a must. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with managing logistics for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.). Knowledge of sustainable logistics practices.
