This role is for someone who has:
• Built/implemented financial systems & controls in a growth-stage company
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
• A mindset for business partnering—not just accounting
• Drive financial strategy, budgets, and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, burn, and capital planning
• Lead equity-related work, investor readiness, and financial modelling
• Set up internal controls, ERP/MIS systems, and scalable processes
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
• Mentor the finance team and build a strong, future-ready function
• Work closely with founders on business decisions, P&L, and growth strategy
