As a Growth - HORECA Distribution Manager at Salt Oral Care, a brand dedicated to providing eco-friendly and vegan oral care products under Manor Rama Care Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, establish strong partnerships with key accounts, and enhance brand visibility within the luxury oral care industry. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of HORECA distribution, sales management, and business development. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategic distribution plan to boost sales in the HORECA sector, identifying and fostering partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses, managing relationships with key accounts to ensure customer engagement and retention, and negotiating contracts and pricing with HORECA clients to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with the marketing team to create customized promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and working closely with supply chain and logistics teams for efficient order fulfillment and inventory management will also be part of your duties. Utilizing data analytics and AI tools to track sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, expanding HORECA distribution channels in new markets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies are critical aspects of this role. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with 5-7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development within the HORECA industry. A proven track record of driving growth and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector, a strong understanding of HORECA distribution networks and B2B sales strategies, excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in luxury, premium, or FMCG brands, will be highly beneficial in this position.,
