Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or fraud cases to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
