Working Conditions :

Rotational Shift (Day Shift)
6 working days
Weekly off : Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional customer service across multiple channels.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable upsell or cross-sell solutions.
Achieve established performance metrics, including conversion and satisfaction scores.
Maintain accurate, timely records of all customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to remain informed on product updates and promotional offerings.
