We are hiring for Customer Care Executive in Gurgaon location!!
Salary : 16.5k in hand + Incentive

Role & responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude during all interactions.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information.
Record all customer interactions, issues, and feedback in CRM tools accurately.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, updates, or changes in services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be undergraduate or graduate.
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Candidates must have proficiency in English.
