Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, claims, and other services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in General English and any of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi.

Work Schedule:

  • Day Rotational Shifts
  • Rotational Offs

Salary:

  • Up to 23.5 LPA CTC (based on experience and qualification)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and adaptability to work in rotational shifts.
