Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (inbound).
Excellent spoken English language proficiency required; knowledge of local language an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Inbound Process, International Voice Process, Customer Handling, Inbound Sales, Telecom Sales, Upselling & Sales Process essential.

Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational split offs)
Date of Joining: Dec 25
Facility: Home Drop available
Salary Details:
Experienced: 30% hike on last documented CTC (up to 5 LPA) + Incentives (Max 50-60K as per performance)
Freshers: 20,000 Take-Home + Incentives
