The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (home loan or finance leads), introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our consultants or brokers.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists. • Clearly communicate the company's services (home loans, refinance, etc.) and qualify potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales or mortgage consultant team. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout all interactions.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or Australian-friendly accent. • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service (preferred in mortgage/finance).
• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain high motivation. • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
