* Customer service representative
* Inbound sales representative
* Sales associate
* Collection's executive
* Inbound sales representative
5 days working , 2 days off
Rotational shifts
decent incentives
both side cabs
Up to 6.5 lpa
* Handle inbound calls and resolve the queries related to product, services and account management.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically .
* Adhere to company policies,processes and standard operating procedures.
* For sales role , Make outbound calls and pitch the product or services .
* Undergraduate/Graduate Both can apply,
* CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH
* Minimum 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory [ non voice experience will not be considered ]
* Strong communication skills .
* candidate should be ok to work with rotational shifts .
