Promote architectural best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Application Architect or Solution Architect. Expert level proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, with some proficiency in JavaScript-based UI frameworks (Angular preferred) and SQL Server. Hands-on experience in Azure cloud resource selection, provisioning, and configuration/management, including: Azure App Services/ Function Apps Azure API Management Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage Azure Service Bus and Event Grid Strong understanding of cloud design patterns and software architecture principles, including: Microservices architecture Event-driven/serverless architectures RESTful/HTTP API design and integration Design patterns and best practices Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, pipeline management, and release automation with knowledge of: Azure DevOps pipelines Infrastructure as Code Git and version control strategies Experience implementing security controls, including: Role-based access controls Secure coding practices Identity and access management (Azure AD, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) Experience with AI-enabled application development, and use of generative AI tools for coding assistance (GitHub Copilot). Ability to review software solutions for architectural soundness, adherence to design patterns, code quality, and security considerations. Excellent ability to explain complex architectural concepts through diagrams, written documentation, and verbal discussions. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
