Customer Service Executive

1. Customer Service Executive (5 Days of working / 2 Rotational offs)

Salary: Up to 2.7 LPA - 3.2 LPA

Manage customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and support to students and parents.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain proper documentation.
Deliver a high standard of customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Availability for immediate joining.

2. Academic Counselor - Sales (Graduation is Mandatory)

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Role Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs.
Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain lead data and update CRM systems.
Achieve set targets within defined timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi and English.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Sales or counseling experience is preferred.
Ability to join immediately.
