Job Description

To achieve renewal targets, whilst ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount.

Responsible for renewal targets through customer interaction on Inbound/Outbound.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shift focus from top line driven effort to managing input levers like increasing efficiency

To manage personal workloads efficiently create opportunities to achieve and increase renewal persistency.

Capacitate, drive productivity and performance

The team is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to customer to inform him/her about the renewals,

To ensure minimum productivity standards are met at all times.

Maintain cheque bounce below 2 %

Cross sell/up sell products

Build work culture of zero tolerance towards non-compliance and misconduct

Maintain quality scores above 85% and ensure improvement.

arrange for payment instrument collection, collect payment through online channels and reconcile payments received with the Finance teams

Establish minimum hygiene around compliance and code of conduct.

Minimize the wrap up time and maintain it below 30 seconds
