Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company in a professional manner while striving to contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Prepare and deliver sales reports to management. - Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven sales experience in furnishing stores (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with relevant experience in furnishing stores in a sales capacity. Fluency in English is preferred, and the role requires a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. The work location is in person.
