Duties

• Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Provide assistance in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding for all clients.
• Analyse customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
