Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Furnishing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting furniture, home décor, and interior solutions that align with their personal style, functional needs, and budget. You’ll combine interior design knowledge with sales expertise to deliver exceptional service and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their furnishing needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Provide expert advice on furniture, fabrics, colors, layouts, and design combinations.
• Assist customers with product selection, room planning, and customization options.
• Prepare and present mood boards, design plans, and quotations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current design trends, products, and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering follow-up service and support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays are visually appealing and up to date.
• Lead Management and regular follow-up and update of architects to ensure pipeline business

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design, furniture sales, or related retail roles.
• Strong sense of style and understanding of spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with clients of various tastes and preferences.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or room planner tools) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
