Customer Service Consultant

As a Product Advisor (HVM) for Customer Service, your role will involve providing guidance and assistance to customers in Marathi/Hindi, Gujarati/Hindi, or Bengali/Hindi languages. You should have a minimum qualification of HSC along with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or collections. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in their queries and provide product recommendations in the specified languages - Achieve sales targets and maximize incentives by upselling products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - HSC qualification - Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or collections Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 17K to 20K in-hand with unlimited incentives. The fixed shift timing is from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM with 1 rotational off day. Additionally, pick and drop facility is provided from Thane Station.
