Customer Service Consultant

As a member of Cogmex Technologies, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls for UK-based clients and engaging professionally with customers to understand their financial requirements. Specifically for the IVA Process, you will analyze client financials and recommend suitable debt solutions (training will be provided). It is crucial to ensure compliance with UK regulations and maintain high-quality communication standards throughout all interactions.
