As a Sales Executive at Aliens Tattoo, you will play a crucial role as the primary contact for high-intent tattoo inquiries. Your responsibility includes guiding potential clients through their journey, from initial enquiry to consultation and final booking, ensuring a seamless and high-converting sales experience. - Lead Management: Handle all inbound and outbound leads efficiently through calls, chats, and CRM systems. - Sales Execution: Convert enquiries into booked consultations and successfully close high-value deals. - CRM & Dialler Usage: Proficiently use Zoho CRM and Ozonetel dialler for managing follow-ups and achieving call targets. - Consultation Scheduling: Book, confirm, and follow up on consultation appointments to ensure a smooth process. - Client Engagement: Provide exceptional client experiences that align with Aliens Tattoo's values. - Retention Sales: Upsell, cross-sell, and secure repeat business from existing clients. - Coordination: Collaborate closely with studio managers and tattoo artists for seamless handovers. - Reporting & QA: Maintain clean CRM data, meet daily reporting standards, and implement QA feedback effectively. In order to succeed in this role, you should aim for high lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sale conversion rates, consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, maintain excellent QA scores, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining zero overdue follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene is essential for success.
