Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing Quality Inspection of Die Casting Machined Parts at the client's manufacturing facility. Your main duty will be to ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and customer requirements by conducting Visual, Dimensional, and Gauging inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Visual Inspection and Sorting of Machined Parts based on Work Instructions (WI) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Perform Dimensional, Gauging, and Visual Inspections as per WI and Quality Plan using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge. - Carry out inspections at various stages including Incoming, In-process, and Pre-Dispatch stages and report daily activities to the Quality Engineer/Customer. - Properly identify parts as OK/Not OK/Rework and escalate any deviations to the Project Leader in real-time. - Adhere to QACA discipline, standards, uniforms, PPEs, and site-specific regulations. - Ensure background verification clearance and be medically fit for the job role. - Complete induction/orientation at Head Office followed by On-Job Training (OJT) at the site. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering - Strong knowledge of Welding, Casting, Machining & Plastic Molding processes - Ability to read and interpret Blueprints/Drawings of components - Proficiency in using inspection instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge - Good communication and reporting skills - Strong observation and problem-identification ability Additional Details: The company offers a compensation package with a CTC ranging from 17,700 to 18,700 per month.
