Process: Swiggy ● Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate ● Languages Required: English ● Training Duration & Stipend: ₹8,000 for 30 days (Training) ● Salary Structure: ○ Fresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 ○ Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 ● Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) ● Job Role: ○ Handle customer queries related to food delivery orders ○ Provide support via call/chat in English ○ Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution 2. Process: NOON ● Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate ● Languages Required: English ● Training Duration & Stipend: ₹5,000 for 15 days (Training) ● Salary Structure: ○ Fresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 ○ Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 ● Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts ● Job Role: ○ Assist customers with e-commerce orders, issues, and support ○ Communicate professionally in English ○ Resolve concerns promptly and accurately 3.
